During the latest upgrade cycle of my lab with the newly updated vRealize Suite products I was attempting to upgrade vRealize Life Cycle Manager when I hit an error when attempting to download the new updates.

Invalid MyVMware Credentials
Error occured while downloading product binaries from MYVMware account account@domain.com. Please check the logs for more details.

In this case the account I had used previously no longer had access in the MY VMware portal to download product binaries. In order to download the binaries I was able to get my account added back by the account owner.
Using another account with this privilege enabled would have worked also.

In practice this should be a dedicated service account to keep track of usage,
