 As part of my Masters thesis in Information Systems at Linnaeus University I am carrying out a short questionnaire into Agile teams, specifically how Agile is used to deliver Services for Cloud. In order to get as wide a range as possible of respondents I have opened this up to a wider audience.

Whilst the completion of this questionnaire only requires respondents to provide a Job Role this is used purely to categorise answers.  All other answers are voluntary but I would appreciate if they could be filled in. 

The questionnaire  is hosted by SmartSurvey with all responses encrypted via SSL encryption . The only other details collected are IP addresses to ensure that respondents are genuine. These will only be saved for upto two months after the survey is closed. The data collected will be used to complete my research into Agile methodology in Cloud Service Delivery. Information will be generalised for reporting and no personal information will be shared with other parties.
